Real Estate
When it comes to Naples real estate, Naples is a
competitive market. Homes within the Naples real estate community have
increased over 20% this year. With
low interest rates and a low number of homes on the market, Naples real
estate has continued to stay hot. There are a large number of buyers who
are looking to purchase their first home and relocation and move up
buyers. The inventory of homes is at an all time record low.
Naples, California
is a peninsula on the southern most tip of Long Beach. With street names
Toledo and Florence, canals called Rivo Alto and Colonnade, you'll think
you're in Italy.
There are about a mile's
worth of canals in Naples, comprised of a large semi-circular
Rivo Alto Canal and a shorter, straight Naples Canal.
The three tiered fountain (left) in a park-like setting creates the
atmosphere of Naples, Italy with the sound of falling water and the
illumination of the lights at night. It began to flow in 1971 and has
delighted residents every since. The fountain is at Ravenna Drive and
Corinthian Walk.
Once inside the Naples canals, you will see beautiful homes and yachts
in a peaceful neighborhood setting punctuated by five quaint bridges and
tall palm trees. There are several ways to view the canals and streets
of Naples. By foot, one can walk the waterfront sidewalks and watch the
boats go by.
Naples holds a Christmas Boat Parade- Naples Boat Parade is
usually held the second Saturday in December. The parade attracts
approximately 60,000 people who can view the small boats cruise through
the canals of Naples Island and the larger vessels in the Alamitos Bay
outside the island. Decorated boats compete for prizes in this popular
and fun event.
